| Information About Us and Our Location |
| We have always had "big" dogs as part of our family, never any small ones until I got my first Chihuahua, Mooch. It's true they are like potato chips... ...you can't have just one. Now we have a full pack of fuzzy family members and puppies every so often. Our Chihuahuas are truly our family, all of them live with us in our house as spoiled family members. We feel the same about each puppy we have bred and vow to be there to support them, as well as their human family, for the puppy's lifetime and beyond. Please contact us if for any reason you can not care for a puppy bred by us. We will help place any puppy we cannot keep with us, in a loving forever home. None of our Chihuahuas will ever end up in a shelter. Below are photos of the rest of our animal family members, who help socialize our Chihuahua puppies before they leave. |
| REDBUD RANCH Located 2.5 hrs. northeast of Sacramento in the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills, where we get snow at least once every winter, but hardly ever have to shovel it. Our place sits on two+ acres forested with Cedar, Ponderosa Pine, Madrone, Black Oak, Dogwoods, and Douglas Fir trees. Above the valley fog we have bright, sunny days through the winter when it's not storming and mild temps in the summer time when it's hot down in the valley. We have plenty of room for the Chihuahuas to run around and play in our fenced dog yard over looking the horse pens and gold fish pond. Besides our Chihuahuas, currently our "zoo" consist of cats, dogs, birds, goldfish, chickens and 4 American Miniature horses. Jai, Stormee, Jewel and our ranch mascot, Black Magic. |

| Meet our new minis!! Jai Ho a beautiful pinto stud colt, we hope he will be our future herd sire, and Netherstorm a beautiful red tovero pinto with blue eyes, our first registered mare. We want to thank Michelle Sharrock of Wesco Farms in Winters, Ca. for allowing these two beautiful miniature horses be part of the beginning of Redbud Ranch's AMHA/AMHR registered breeding stock. We hope to see Jai Ho and Netherstorm produce gorgeous pinto foals in the not to distant future, maybe they'll even make it to a show or two. | Meet our latest addition!! Jewel, a beautiful 3 yr. old perlino mare with big, blue eyes and a dishy face. We want to thank Courtney & Laura in Susanville, Ca. for allowing this adorable and very friendly miniature horse be a part of the beginning of Redbud Ranch's AMHA/AMHR registered breeding stock. We hope to see Jai Ho and Jewel produce gorgeous and colorful foals in the not to distant future. |
